This is a fairly challenging two-day trek that crosses the upper part of the Vall Fosca. The head of the Vall Fosca contains more than 30 glacial lakes. In this alpine habitat you’ll have the chance to glimpse many animals characteristic of the park, such as the Pyrenean chamois, marmots, rock ptarmigans, bearded vultures and Eurasian griffon vultures. In the higher areas you’ll find plant species such as Gentiana, arnica or orchids, among many others.
