The Montsec Astronomical Park (PAM) contains three sections: The Eye of Montsec, the Telescope Park and the exhibition rooms. The Eye of Montsec is a 3D digital multimedia planetarium with a moving dome, unique in the world, that projects audiovisual presentations depicting the night sky from any point on the planet and any time of year. The Telescope Park, the Centre’s observation area, offers the opportunity to view our own star, the sun, as well as the objects of the Montsec night sky depending on the type of visit. The central building hosts a permanent exhibition on astronomy and space studies at the Universe Room, and has a pioneering space, the Starlight Room, dedicated to the protection of the nocturnal environment against light pollution. The Montsec Astronomical Park offers both daytime and nighttime visits, as well as a range of activities for schools.
