Eva, the winemaker and founder of El Vinyer, started her own project thanks to the recovery of a vineyard with a long winemaking tradition. In 2014, El Vinyer began production, and in 2015, the first wines were bottled and marketed under the DO Costers de Segre.
Her wines aim to convey the culture and environment of the Pallars region, with names inspired by geological features or the local Pallaresa dialect. Fresh and aromatic, they are a true reflection of the land and climate of the Conca de Tremp.
They offer various activities, such as the “Visit to El Vinyer” and the “Pallarès Wine Pairing.”
