Panoramic views over the entire basin, where you can take an imaginary journey to the time when dinosaurs roamed over a tropical landscape. You’ll understand how the current landscapes came to be formed and why we can find marine sediments at 1500 m above sea level.

What not to miss along the route

  1. Museu Conca Dellà: Located in Isona, it is dedicated to dinosaurs and Roman heritage.
  2. Llordà Castle
  3. Aeso: Archaeological remains of the Roman city (Isona).
  4. Church of Santa Maria de Covet: The portal of this 12th-century temple is considered an exceptional example of Romanesque sculpture in Catalonia.
  5. Abella de la Conca: A beautiful village sculpted into the rock at the foot of a cliff, in an area of significant geological wealth.
