The route
Leaving the car at the Castell-estaó junction, you can walk to a privileged spot in the Vall Fosca, Castell-estaó. Nearby, the remains of the Eureka Mine can still be seen. These are old uranium mines, where the mineralized areas can easily be identified by the gray and greenish colors that emerge on the red rock in the form of veins.
