Geopark volunteering
Help us preserve the Geopark’s heritage by lending a hand in one of our volunteer projects.
Sponsor a rock
Volunteers will play an active role in monitoring and preserving geological history.
Through a simple registration system, you can sponsor a Site of Geological Interest that you believe is worth preserving due to its scientific, educational, informative or touristic value.
If you agree to sponsor a rock, you accept the obligation to visit this Site of Geological Interest (LIG) at least once a year to monitor its condition.

Volunteer collective
Managed by the Orígens Geopark, the “Geopark Orígens Volunteer Collective” promotes cooperation and volunteer opportunities between different non-profit organisations within the Geopark.
Those who are interested in participating long-term in one of the projects should contact the respective organisation, who can help provide further instructions on how to join.

Short-term opportunitiesies puntuals
In honour of World Cleanup Day, every September we organise a volunteer activity that promotes sustainable waste management in the region and encourages cooperation between communities.
Summer camp: Reading life in the rocks
