Castell d’Encus

Castell d’Encus is a winery specializing in the production and aging of all types of wines, including still, sparkling, sweet, and semi-sweet varieties.

The winery combines winemaking with a commitment to preserving the entire estate, where the remains of an ancient medieval settlement can be found, along with its stone fermentation vats (dating back to the 12th century). This dedication led to the creation of the Microreserva Natural de Castell d’Encus, a biodiversity and heritage conservation project.
