Epicentre, Geopark visitors center
The Epicentre is the tourism information office of the Pallars Jussà as well as the Geopark visitor centre. We’ll provide you with all the information you need to plan an unforgettable visit.

Conca Dellà Museum- Roman City of Aeso
This museum centres around the Roman legacy of the ancient village of AESO (today’s Isona), one of the most important cities during the Romanisation of inner Catalonia. The museum also has a section dedicated to the dinosaurs of the Pyrenees.

Falles, the fire festival
During this traditional festival that marks the start of summer, young people bring lighted torches from the mountain down to the village at nightfall. In 2015 the falles were inscribed on the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Casa Bonifaci – Llimiana Museum
Itinerary that takes you through the life story of Doctor Josep Bonifaci Mora, who spent most of his life in exile during the Spanish Civil War. The house still maintains almost all the objects from its former owners.

Pirineus Geological Open Museum (PGOM)
Fun, simple yet thorough exhibits teaching basic concepts of geology and evolution. The space also contains a collection of samples representing the different types of rocks in the Pyrenees.

Botigues Museu Salàs
Visit nine establishments that have been trapped in time. Learn what life was like for the businesses in these villages and discover the history of consumer objects, publicity and packaging over the course of a century (1870-1970).

Museu de Gerri
Learn about the production, transformation and commercialisation of salt originating in Triassic rocks from 210 million years ago, and the importance of this resource for the village of Gerri. The museum showcases the history of the salt flats and the former salt miners.

Casa Mauri Modernist Complex
Complex formed by the Modernist palace-residence Casa Mauri and the Sant Josep Oil Mill. Visitors can see the installations of the former oil mill and its primitive machinery, together with the exterior of Casa Mauri.

Capdella Hydroelectric Museum
Visit the Capdella Hydroelectric Power Plant, the first in all of Catalonia. You’ll discover its progression from the initial idea to its inauguration in 1914, with a nod to the economic, social and infrastructural changes that it engendered.
