Tros de Sort is an artisanal cheesemaker founded in 1995, with a focus on the authentic taste and quality of the Pyrenees.

They produce two standout types of cheese:

  1. Serrat del Triador: A raw cow’s milk cheese made from milk produced on their own farm in Baix Pallars.
  2. Tupí: This cheese is made by mixing their aged cheeses with extra virgin olive oil and aguardiente, inducing a second fermentation. It has a creamy texture with a strong, long-lasting, and persistent flavor.
